Returns & Exchanges
Please read through this page in regards to my policies, returns and exchanges.
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Sale and discounted items are NOT eligible for returns. All sales are final.
To be eligible for a return please have receipt or proof of purchase and the item must be unused.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if you do not contact us within 5 days of the date your order was delivered. Please provide a picture or video with an email informing us of any issues with your order.
Please not if you place an order and you choose the wrong product you have an hour to email us and ask for changes. If you do not email and you receive your product and contact us because its wrong and you didn't notice but the invoice is correct and items are correct a refund, return or exchange is not possible so please check your cart and order.
